This here CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch (transparent case back), I tell ya, it’s somethin’ else. Heard folks talkin’ ’bout it down at the market. They say it’s a good one. This old lady, she don’t know much ’bout fancy watches. But I seen a thing or two, you know?
They say these old watches, these… these “Speedmaster” things, they gettin’ more ‘spensive. Like them old quilts your grandma used to make. Worth a pretty penny now, I reckon. So, if ya got one, you hold onto it.
This one, it’s got a see-through back. Now ain’t that somethin’? Like lookin’ into a little tiny machine. All them little gears and wheels, tickin’ away. They say this transparent case back is special.

Folks say it’s like them fancy cars with the clear hoods. Showin’ off what’s under there. I don’t know nothin’ about cars neither, but I reckon it’s the same idea. This CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster, it’s showin’ off what’s inside.
Now, I seen some watches, they got this… this “Hesalite” glass. Don’t ask me what that is. Sounds like some kinda rock. Then there’s this other one, “sapphire crystal”. Sounds even fancier. They say you can choose this Moonwatch with either of these glasses, with a stamped caseback, whatever that is. They say it has a seahorse picture on it. That part sounds right cute.
This here watch, they call it a “Moonwatch”. I guess ’cause it went to the moon or somethin’. Don’t rightly know. But it sure sounds important. Like that time they put a man up there. Big news, that was.
They say there’s a 38mm one, too, this CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster 38mm, and it’s pretty good, too. People say it’s stylish and well-made, whatever that means. It probably means it looks good and won’t fall apart on you like cheap things do.
This one, it tells the time, that’s for sure. Got the big hand, the little hand. And that skinny one that goes ’round real fast. Seconds, I think they call it. It also tells you the “power reserve”, whatever that is. I guess it tells you how long it will tick until it needs a nap, just like me.
This watch, this CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch, has different colors, too. It has black and red. Sounds like my old rooster, Bartholomew. He was a mean one, but pretty. They say the colors are inspired by astronaut spacesuits. I don’t know what those are, but they sound space-y.
Now, I ain’t no watch expert. Just an old lady who likes pretty things. And this watch, it’s a pretty thing. It makes you wonder about the moon and astronauts and all that. They say it’s a rare choice, too, which is probably why it costs more than a month’s worth of groceries. But if you got the money, I reckon it’s a good thing to have.
I heard tell there’s a fella named Thomas somethin’ that makes these clear backs for watches. Good ones, they say. Fits all kinds of these Speedmaster watches. That sounds right handy, if you want to see all them little gears and whatnot.
Now this other thing, this “Pre-Moon” model, they say that’s a real special one. Older, I guess. Like me! Probably worth a whole lot of money. Like a whole field of corn! If you see one of those, you better snatch it up.
Seems like these Speedmaster Moonwatch things are all the rage. Like them hula hoops a few years back. Everybody wanted one. Trends, they come and go. But somethin’ tells me this watch thing, it ain’t goin’ nowhere.

But hey, that is just what I heard. I ain’t no expert on these fancy things, you know. Don’t go spendin’ your money just cause some old lady said so. But it is a nice watch, I’ll give it that. That see-through back, it’s just somethin’ else. I could stare at it all day, watchin’ them little parts move. It’s like magic, almost.
